I'm Dr. Michele Sare
I've spent my career asking a deceptively simple question: When our work influences other people's lives, how do we know we're doing the best we can?
After decades in higher education, public health, nursing, quality assurance and improvement, professional development, curriculum design, and learning and development, I brought that question to the Expert-Creator Economy.
What I found was an industry exceptionally good at measuring sales, audiences, engagement, and customer satisfaction - but with far fewer ways to define and demonstrate the quality of the learning product itself.
It is a very big deal to influence the attitudes, beliefs, ideas, attributes, thinking, skills, and knowledge of others - we can do better!
